Adjustment Of Link

Slacken link locknut (A) sufficiently to permit link to be separated and to spring back easily to innermost position.
Mount link in position.
Check that throttle spindle is in contact with adjusting screw (B) and that pulley is seated against idling stop (C).
Tighten link locknut (A).
Rotate pulley to check that link seats against adjusting screw (B) before pulley seats against idling stop (C).
