Checking the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)

Check and erase any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
The oil counter must always be erased if you have replaced or dismantled the gearbox. This also applies when exchanging the gearbox. See Resetting Transmission Fluid Change Counter .
The adaptation must be erased with gearbox replacement according to Resetting the Adaptation .
