Removing the Lower Engine Cover

Remove the splash guard.

Remove:

cover over air cleaner by pulling straight up
screws, 2 pcs, for fresh air hose in front plate
fresh air intake hose.

Remove:

nut in front left wing
hose clip for air bellows
connectors to engine control module (ECM)
the connector for the mass airflow sensor (MAF)
air cleaner.
