Removing the Panel Gear Shift Selector

Move the gear selector/gear selector lever to a rear position.

Detach the panel at the rear edge using a weatherstrip tool.

Then carefully detach the front edge of the panel.

Open the 4 catches on the underneath.

Press the inner section of the panel up and release the frame.

CAUTION: Do not lift/pull the boot to prevent damaging the seams.
