Removing the Plenum Chamber

Remove:
- the windshield wipers. See Wiper Arm/Blade Windshield, Replacing
- the 6 clips.
Press the center section of the rivet head on the four front clips.
Lift up the center section of the other two clips.
Lift out the cowl.
