Transferring the Cover

Remove the shaft by pressing the catches as illustrated (1). Press straight out.

HINT: Use a sleeve with extension rod. Press the shaft out.

Remove the 2 covers.

HINT: Use a weatherstrip tool and pry from below.

Remove the 2 screws.

Unclip the upper cover as illustrated.

NOTE: Take note of the springs.

Remove the 2 screws.

Disassemble the lower cover by prying out the lower edge at the buttons. Separate the lower section from the upper section.
