Ignition off.
Reconnect connectors, reinstall components.
Disconnect the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) from the VIDA station. Use it in stand alone mode and connect it to the data link connector (DLC) in the car.
Ignition on.
Insert a CD-ROM disc with map information into the CD-ROM player.
Use System test function to test if the CD-ROM player is correctly connected. For more information about the System test, see System Test . The test can take up to approximately 1.5 minutes at longest.
Check that the CD-ROM player is connected or not.
