Checking +15 supply after fuse

Ignition off.
Connect breakout box 9813190 according to Connecting the breakout box .
Connect an ohmmeter between the output side on the fuse holder for fuse 11C/4 (front outlet) and breakout box terminal #51 (#5).

The ohmmeter should read approximately 0 Ω.
