The Needle Valve In the Service Valve: Installation

Install in reverse order.

NOTE: Use only your thumb and index finger when tightening the service valve using the valve needle tool 9811994 . This is to prevent damage to the seal for the valve.

Vacuum pump the system and leak test. See Refrigerant, Draining
Fill the system with refrigerant and check for leaks. See Refrigerant, Draining
Connect the battery negative lead. See Battery, Replacing

Tighten the valve cap. Tighten to 6 Nm
