Installing the condenser

Fill the condenser with oil. See Oil Air Conditioning (A/C) System, Filling .

Install the condenser with the 2 lower retaining screws (M6). Tighten.

Guide the left AC pipe into place against the condenser connection and fasten with the clip.

Install: 

• the right AC pipe with the 1 M6 screw and tighten.
• the pressure sensor and tighten
• the connector.

For S60R 

Install the auxiliary charge air cooler with the 2 M6 screws.

Applies to all vehicles. 

Raise the vehicle.

Install: 

• the condenser's 2 upper mountings (M6) and tighten
• the left AC pipe (1 M8) and tighten
• the left headlight. See Headlamp/Bulb, Replacing .
