Checking the connectors

• Ignition off.
• Check the connectors for the power door mirrors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation .

  Check for damage carefully.

• Ignition on.

  Other information: 

  • To access the connector for the power door mirror:
    • For -2006 see Outside temperature sensor door mirror, replacing (-2006) 
    • For 2007- see Outside temperature sensor (2007-)

Is the lamp in the power door mirror working? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to Checking components and wiring
