Checking the Cable
Check fuse 17 in the fusebox in the passenger compartment.
Measure the voltage between terminals #F1 and #F2 on the amplifier. Voltage should be approximately 12 V.

Check the cable between the head unit/audio control module terminal #B2 and the left front loudspeaker (-). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-Circuit To Supply Voltage. Permanent Faults . Check for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-Circuit To Ground, Permanent Faults . Check for an open-circuit according to Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults .
Check the cable between the head unit/audio control module terminal #B5 and the right front loudspeaker (+). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-Circuit To Supply Voltage. Permanent Faults . Check for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-Circuit To Ground, Permanent Faults . Check for an open-circuit according to Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults .
Check the cable between the head unit/audio control module terminal #B6 and the right front loudspeaker (-). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-Circuit To Supply Voltage. Check the cable between the head unit/audio control module terminal #B12 and the right rear loudspeaker (-) in the parcel shelf.
