WARNING:

The battery must not be connected when the SRS ignition cable connector is being removed or installed.

WARNING:

Under no circumstances use an ohmmeter or other live measuring instrument to take readings on a disconnected, non-deployed airbag module. This could deploy the airbag.

Remove the SRS ignition cable from the side of the passenger airbag module.

NOTE:

Take care when removing the SRS ignition cable. There is a risk of damage to the SRS ignition cable if not handled carefully.
