Remove carbon ridge from cylinder bores. Remove connecting rods with pistons, replace connecting rod caps on respective connecting rods. To reassemble, lubricate all internal surfaces with engine oil before assembly. Use suitable installing ring (SVO-2823 or equivalent) to fit piston and connecting rod assembly into block. Tap lightly on piston dome with wooden handle while guiding connecting rod onto crankshaft.
