SUBFRAME, Lifting With Scissor Lift Table

Removing

-- Refer to SCISSOR LIFT TABLE PREPARING .

-- Position the Scissor Lift Table: VAS 6131 B -A- lengthwise under the vehicle, align it and move it upward.

-- Position the rear mount -2- on the crossbrace -arrow B- on the subframe -1-.

-- Align the height of the mount -2- and tighten.

-- Adjust the height of the mounts -3-.

-- Lift the Scissor Lift Table: VAS 6131B -A- farther upward.

-- Position the mounts -3- on the front subframe -1- in the holes -arrows A-.

-- Tighten the threaded connection from the mounts -3- on the Scissor Lift Table: VAS 6131B -A- to 40 Nm.

-- Lift the Scissor Lift Table: VAS 6131B -A- farther upward and support the subframe -1-.

-- Secure the Scissor Lift Table - Natural Gas Tank Support Set: VAS 6131/15 -4- on the stabilizer bar -5-.

-- Close the clamp from the Scissor Lift Table - Natural Gas Tank Support Set: VAS 6131/15 -4- using the knurled nut.

-- Tighten the threaded connection Scissor Lift Table - Natural Gas Tank Support Set: VAS 6131/15 -4- on the Scissor Lift Table: VAS 6131B -A- to 40 Nm.
