Sun Shade, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Open the sun shade completely.

The sun shade can be opened without electricity if there is a power failure. Refer to Operating without Electricity .

-- Remove the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Sun Shade Drive Unit - VX455-. Refer to Sun Shade Drive Unit VX455, Removing and Installing .

-- Remove the frame with sun shade. Refer to Frame with Sun Shade, Removing and Installing .

-- Push the sun shade -2- by hand in the -direction of the arrow A- in the rearmost position.

-- Remove the bolts -1-.

-- Remove the sun shade -1- with the retainers -2- from the frame with sun shade -4- in the -direction of arrow A- until the connection from the sun shade -1- to the cables -3- is visible.

-- Remove the cables -3- in the -direction of arrow B- from the gliding piece -5-.
