Operating Without Electricity

The Sun Shade Drive Unit - VX455- will be called the drive unit in the information that follows.
If the electrical system malfunctions, the sun shade can be moved using a commercially available hex wrench position on the drive unit.
It must be turned with great force because the drive unit not disengaged from the gear mechanism.
-- Lower the headliner and place on the headrests. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Guide a commercially available hex wrench into the connection -3- for the drive unit -1-.
-- Turn the bolt -2- to move the sun shade.
