All-Wheel Drive Clutch, Removing And Installing, Generation VI: Installing
-- Remove the original O-ring -arrow- from the all-wheel drive clutch.
-- Lightly coat the new sealing ring with all-wheel drive clutch oil and insert it in the groove.
-- Insert the all-wheel drive clutch -1- in the rear final drive. Install the Guide Pins:T10093 for exact guidance.
-- Rotate at flange/driveshaft -2- and insert the all-wheel drive clutch all the way.
-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- to the tightening specification in a diagonal sequence.
-- Attach the wiring harness -3- of the All-Wheel Drive Clutch Control Module -- onto the all-wheel drive clutch housing.
-- Connect the connector -1- to the All-Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-.
-- Attach the driveshaft to the rear final drive. Refer to DRIVESHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Fasten the pendulum support on the transmission with new bolts -1-. Refer to PENDULUM SUPPORT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the driveshaft heat shield. Refer to DRIVESHAFT HEAT SHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the exhaust system and align it without tension. Refer to OVERVIEW - MUFFLER .
-- Add High Performance All-Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and check the oil level in the all-wheel drive clutch. Refer to ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH OIL, DRAINING AND FILLING .
