Drive Axle
Bolt
- Always replace after removing
- 90 Nm + 90°
Wheel Bearing Housing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WHEEL BEARING HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, MULTI-LINK SUSPENSION, AWD .
Bonded Rubber Bushing
- Replacing. Refer to WHEEL BEARING HOUSING BONDED RUBBER BUSHING, REPLACING .
Brake Rotor
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR BRAKES .
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR BRAKES .
Bolt
- Loosening and tightening. Refer to DRIVE AXLE THREADED CONNECTION, LOOSENING AND TIGHTENING
- Always replace after removing
- Clean the threads in the stub axle with a thread tap first.
- 200 Nm + 180°
Wheel Bearing Unit
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WHEEL BEARING UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, MULTI-LINK SUSPENSION, AWD .
- The wheel bearing and wheel hub are installed together in a housing.
- The wheel bearing unit is maintenance free and has zero play. Adjusting as well as repair work is not possible!
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR BRAKES .
Heat Shield
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR BRAKES .
