Overview - Radiator/Radiator Fan

NOTE:
Spring clamps secure the coolant hoses to the radiator.
Coolant Hose Connection Diagram. Refer to CONNECTION DIAGRAM - COOLANT HOSES .
- Cap
- Check using Cooling System Tester:V.A.G 1274B and Cooling System Tester - Adapter:V.A.G 1274/9 . Refer to COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
- The pressure release valve must open at a pressure of 1.4 to 1.6 bar (20.31 to 23.21 psi)

- Expansion Tank
- Perform a leak test for the cooling system using the Cooling System Tester:V.A.G 1274B and Cooling System Tester - Adapter:V.A.G 1274/8 . Refer to COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
- Upper Seal
- Radiator
- Removing and Installing. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- After replacing, replace the entire amount of coolant.

- Lower Seal

- From connection for coolant regulator
