Transmission Housing
- When replacing, adjust the output shafts and differential. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OVERVIEW .
- Changes near the cap/input shaft mount. Refer to OVERVIEW - TRANSMISSION HOUSING AND GEARSHIFT MECHANISM
Cap
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Fluid Drain Plug
- Tightening Specification. Refer to Figure.
Seal
- If equipped, replace after removing
Fluid Filler Plug
- Tightening Specification. Refer to Figure.
Locking Elbow
- Can be replaced with the transmission assembled
- To adjust the shift mechanism. Refer to SHIFT MECHANISM, ADJUSTING .
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installation position. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Bearing Bushing
- For the shift rods
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Retaining Sleeve
- For shift unit
- To remove when the transmission is disassembled. Refer to Figure.
- To remove when the transmission is not disassembled. Refer to Figure.
- There are different retaining sleeves. Refer to Figure.
- Installing a retaining sleeve with a shoulder. Refer to Figure
- Installing the retaining sleeve without a shoulder. Refer to Figure
Needle Sleeve
- Replace after removing
- For the reverse shaft
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For 5th/6th and reverse gear output shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to 5TH/6TH AND REVERSE GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- When replacing: adjust output shaft for 5th/6th and reverse gear. Refer to 5TH/6TH AND REVERSE GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING .
Shim
- For 5th/6th and reverse gear output shaft
- Adjustment Overview. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OVERVIEW .
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For 1st to 4th gear output shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - OUTPUT SHAFT .
- When replacing, adjust the 1st to 4th gear output shaft. Refer to OUTPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING .
Shim
- For 1st to 4th gear output shaft

Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For the differential
- Removing and installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - DIFFERENTIAL .
