Bearing Bushing
- Replace after removing
- For the shift rods
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Needle Sleeve
- Replace after removing
- For the reverse shaft
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Alignment Sleeve
- Quantity: 2
Clutch Housing
- When replacing, adjust the output shafts and differential. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OVERVIEW .
Cap
- Not on all clutch housings
Input Shaft Seal
- Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
Seal
- Replacing. Refer to RIGHT SEAL, REPLACING .
- For the right flange shaft
Washer
- For the differential
- Installed position: shoulder on inner diameter faces toward seal -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH HOUSING - List Item: Seal
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For the differential
- Removing and installing. Refer to DIFFERENTIAL, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- When replacing, adjust the differential. Refer to DIFFERENTIAL, ADJUSTING .
Oil Deflector Ring
- Installation position: shoulder at hole points toward output shaft
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For 1st to 4th gear output shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to 1ST TO 4TH GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- When replacing, adjust the 1st to 4th gear output shaft. Refer to OUTPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING .
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For 5th/6th and reverse gear output shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to 5TH/6TH AND REVERSE GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- When replacing: adjust output shaft for 5th/6th and reverse gears. Refer to 5TH/6TH AND REVERSE GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING .
Washer
- For 5th/6th and reverse gear output shaft
- Always 0.65 mm thick
Cylindrical Roller Bearing
- For the input shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
Magnet
- Held in place by housing separating surface
