Radiator, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the radiator grille. Refer to RADIATOR GRILLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the fan shroud and fans. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect all coolant hoses from the radiator.

-- Push to the left and right air ducts -1- to the side.

-- Push the locking latches -arrows- for the radiator downward. Pull the radiator off of the charge air cooler.

-- Pivot the radiator to the engine and lift upward from the charge air cooler bracket. Remove the radiator downward.
