Overview - Fuel Rail With Fuel Injectors

- Bolt
- M6: 9 Nm
- M8: 20 Nm +90°
- Replace the M8 bolt after removal
- Fuel Rail for the FSI Fuel Injector
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL RAIL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fuel Pressure Sensor -G247-
- 27 Nm
- Coat the ball with clean engine oil; do not oil the thread
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Pressure Sensor -G247-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Support Ring
- Replace after removing.
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing.
- Spacer Ring
- Replace after removing.
- Fuel Injector
- Make sure it is in the installation position
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Cleaning. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, CLEANING .
- Sealing Washer
- Combustion Chamber Seal
- Replace after removing the fuel injector. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- High Pressure Pipe
- Union nut 27 Nm
- From the high pressure pump
- Lubricate the fuel supply line ball with engine oil
- Do not install when under stress
- Clamp
- Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Connection
- 40 Nm
- Replace after removing.
- Coat the threads with clean engine oil.
