Cap
- Replace the seal if damaged.
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to Overview - Fuel Filler Door Unit .
- Fuel filler door unit with fuel filler door lock
Fuel Filler Door Unit
- With rubber seal
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL FILLER DOOR UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Fuel Filler Door Lock
- Refer to FUEL FILLER DOOR UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Fuel Tank
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Heat Shield
Bolts
- 25 Nm
- Fuel tank fastener
Mounting Strap
- Note the installation position
Locking Ring
- Tightening specification. Refer to -item ) OVERVIEW - FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR - List Item: Locking Ring.
- Check for secure fit
Seal
- Replace after removing.
- Insert dry into the fuel tank opening
- Coat the inside of seal with fuel only before installing the fuel delivery unit.
Fuel Delivery Unit
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fuel Pump, Checking. Refer to FUEL PUMP .
- Note installation position in fuel tank. Refer to Figure
- With Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Fuel Level Sensor -G-, Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Fuel Filter Bracket
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - FUEL FILTER .
Fuel Filter
