Evaporator, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the heater and A/C unit. Refer to HEATER AND A/C UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disassemble the heater and A/C unit. Refer to OVERVIEW - HEATER AND A/C UNIT .

-- Disassemble the evaporator housing. Refer to OVERVIEW - EVAPORATOR HOUSING .

-- Remove the seal -6- from the evaporator housing.

-- Remove the bolts -2-.

-- Disconnect the evaporator housing upper section -1- from evaporator housing lower section -7-.

-- Remove the evaporator -3- and expansion valve -5- from the evaporator housing lower section -7-.

-- Remove the insulation -4- from expansion valve -5-.
