1. Hood Catch
   • Removing and Installing, refer to HOOD CATCH .
   • Adjusting, refer to HOOD CATCH, ADJUSTING  .
2. Release Lever
   • Removing and Installing, refer to HOOD RELEASE LEVER .
3. Release Cable
   • From the hood release lever -2- to the release cable coupling -4-
4. Release Coupling
   • The cable coupling is located above the driver side headlamp.
   • Disconnecting, refer to HOOD RELEASE CABLE COUPLING, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
5. Release Cable
   • From the release cable coupling -4- to the hood latch -6-
   • Clipped into the cable coupling
6. Hood Latch
   • Hood Latch, Removing and Installing, refer to HOOD LATCH .
   • Adjusting, refer to HOOD LATCH, ADJUSTING  .

1. Bracket
2. Release Cable
   • Installing:

     -- Install the ball on the end of the release cable into the retainer on the bracket.

     -- Clip the release cable into the bracket.

3. Expanding Nut
   • Quantity: 2
4. Bolt
   • Quantity: 2
   • 1.5 Nm
5. Lever
   • Removing and Installing, refer to HOOD RELEASE LEVER .
