High Pressure Reservoir (Rail): Removing

CAUTION:

Danger of malfunction caused by dirt.

Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Remove the high pressure line between the high pressure reservoir (rail) and the high pressure pump, refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINE BETWEEN THE HIGH PRESSURE RESERVOIR (RAIL) AND THE HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING .

-- Free up the fuel return hose -1-.

-- Open the hose clamps -arrows-, and unclip and remove the catch -2-.

-- Disconnect the connectors:

for Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve -N276-

-- Loosen the clamp -4- and remove the fuel return hose.

-- Remove the high pressure lines union nuts -2-.

-- Remove the high pressure lines and lay on a clean cloth.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the high pressure reservoir.
