Overview - Cylinder Block, Belt Pulley Side

  1. Ribbed Belt
  2. Ribbed Belt Tensioner
  3. Bolt
    • 8 Nm +45°
    • Replace after removing
  4. Bolt
    • 150 Nm +90°
    • Replace after removing
    • Use the : T10355  to loosen and tighten
  5. O-Ring
    • Not a replacement part; supplied with the bolt
  6. Vibration Damper
  7. Subassembly Bracket
  8. Seal
    • Replace after removing
  9. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
  10. Bolt
  11. Generator
  12. Alignment Sleeves
    • For A/C compressor
  13. A/C Compressor
  14. Bolt

Accessory Assembly Bracket - Tightening Specifications and Tightening Sequence

-- Mount the accessory assembly bracket and then install the bolt -4- by hand.

NOTE:

Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

-- Tighten bolts in three stages in sequence -1 to 5- as follows:

Step Bolts Tightening Specification/Additional Turn
1. -1 through 5- Tighten by hand
2. -1 through 5- 20 Nm
3. -1 through 5- Turn an additional 90°.
