Overview - Cylinder Block, Belt Pulley Side

- Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Ribbed belt routing. Refer to Installing - Position the ribbed belt as illustrated.
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the belt pulleys
- Ribbed Belt Tensioner
- To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using a wrench.
- Secure using the : T10060A
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm +45°
- Replace after removing
- Bolt
- 150 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- Use the : T10355 to loosen and tighten
- O-Ring
- Not a replacement part; supplied with the bolt
- Vibration Damper
- With ribbed belt pulley
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Subassembly Bracket
- Removing and installing. Refer to SUBASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
- Generator
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
- Alignment Sleeves
- For A/C compressor
- A/C Compressor
- Do not remove or disconnect refrigerant lines
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR .
Accessory Assembly Bracket - Tightening Specifications and Tightening Sequence
-- Mount the accessory assembly bracket and then install the bolt -4- by hand.
NOTE:
Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Tighten bolts in three stages in sequence -1 to 5- as follows:
