Rear Muffler
- Installing without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TORSION BEAM SUSPENSION
Bolt
- 25 Nm
- Replace after removing
Separating Point
- Separating location for repairing
- Identified on exhaust pipe by an impression
- Cut the exhaust pipe at a right angle at the separating point using the : VAG1523A or : VAS6254 . Refer to CLAMPING SLEEVE INSTALLATION POSITION .
Center Muffler
- Installing without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION
Bolt
- 25 Nm
- Replace after removing
- Exhaust system bracket to body
Bolt
- 25 Nm
- Replace after removing
- Front tensioning strap to body
- Center muffler bracket to body
Rear Tunnel Brace
- Removing and installing. Refer to TUNNEL BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Nuts
- Tunnel Bridge
- Refer to TUNNEL BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Clamping Sleeve
- Refer to CLAMPING SLEEVE INSTALLATION POSITION
Mounting Strap
- Fuel tank to body
Bracket
- Replace if damaged
Bracket
- Exhaust system to body
- Replace if damaged
