Misfueling Guard, Deactivating: Procedure

-- Remove the misfueling guard. Refer to MISFUELING GUARD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 

-- Disconnect the tabs at the marks as shown.

NOTE: The cap on the misfueling guard must be able to be opened without catching.

-- Install the misfueling guard. Refer to MISFUELING GUARD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
