Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION Overview

- Pay attention to the installed position.
- Connecting Pipe
- To remove and installing, also loosen the connections TURBOCHARGER OVERVIEW :Connecting Piece on the turbocharger
- To the Connection on the Turbocharger
- Refer to TURBOCHARGER OVERVIEW :Connecting Piece .
- Seal
- Replace if damaged
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- Radiator
- For the exhaust gas recirculation
- Nut
- Installed on the stud bolt TURBOCHARGER OVERVIEW :Hex Stud on the turbocharger
- 23 Nm
- Control wire
- Do not change the angles of the control line
- To Exhaust Pressure Sensor 2 -G451-. Refer to PARTICULATE FILTER OVERVIEW .
- To loosen at the housing :Housing remove the exhaust gas recirculation filter :Filter
- Install without tension
- 23 Nm
- Filter
- For the exhaust gas recirculation
- Nut
- Secure on the exhaust manifold with the heat shield TURBOCHARGER OVERVIEW :Heat Shield
- 23 Nm
- To the Particulate Filter
- Securing Clamp
- Replace after removing
- Installation position CLAMPS AND EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLED POSITION .
- 3.5 Nm
- Bolt
- 23 Nm
- Valve 2 for EGR -N213-
- Mark the installation position before removing
- Always clean the fitting area on the valve and housing and lubricate lightly if necessary.
- Coolant Hose
- Make sure it is secure
- Coolant Hose Connection Diagram. Refer to COOLANT HOSE CONNECTION DIAGRAM .
- Housing
- For the exhaust gas recirculation
- EGR Temperature Sensor -G98-
- Cut out the gasket and replace if it is damaged or leaks
- Follow the tightening specification
- EGR Temperature Sensor -G98-, Removing and Installing EGR Temperature Sensor -G98-
- 20 Nm
