Overview - Clutch, With Single Flywheel

- Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE [For engine(s) CNSB, CNSA, CXBB, CXBA, CXCB, CXCA] or CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE [For engine(s) CRUA] .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease
- Clutch Plate
- Centering. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL
- Pressure Plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Checking the ends of the diaphragm spring. Refer to Check the Ends of the Diaphragm Spring
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections. Refer to Check the Spring Connection and Rivet Connections
- Bolt
- M 6: 13 Nm
- M 7: 20 Nm
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence
