Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Drain the reducing agent tank. Refer to REDUCING AGENT TANK, DRAINING .

-- Remove the reducing agent tank. Refer to REDUCING AGENT TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the filler tube OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT TANK - Filler Neck.

-- Place the reducing agent tank on a clean surface with the delivery module facing upward.

-- Clean the area around the delivery module.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 3-.

-- Release and disconnect the reducing agent line -2-. Disconnect the reducing agent line. Refer to Disconnecting the Connector for the Reducing Agent .

-- To catch escaping reducing agent place a clean cloth under the separation point.

-- Seal all the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the :VAS6122 .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Pry out the delivery module -5- from the opening -4- with a slotted screwdriver.

-- Remove the delivery module from the reducing agent tank.
