Overview - Cylinder Block, Transmission Side: Notes

NOTE:

For assembly work, secure the engine on the engine and transmission holder. Refer to ENGINE, SECURING TO ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION HOLDER .

Bolt
- 60 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing.
Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Only possible to install in one position
Engine Speed Sensor -G28-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Engine Speed Sensor -G28-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM .
Alignment Pin
- Quantity: 2
Intermediate Plate
- Be careful not to damage or bend it when installing.
- Installing. Refer to Installing Intermediate Plate .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Transmission Side Sealing Flange .
Sealing Flange with Sensor Wheel and Seal
- Only replace the sealing flange completely with the seal and sensor wheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
