Cooling System Components Assembly Overview, Body Side

- Radiator
- Removing and installing RADIATOR .
- After replacing replace entire amount of coolant
- O-ring
- Replace if damaged
- Upper coolant hose
- Coolant hose connection diagram COOLANT HOSE CONNECTION DIAGRAM .
- Cap
- Check with cooling system tester V.A.G 1274 and adapter V.A.G 1274/9 COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
- Test pressure 1.4 to 1.6 bar
- Connector
- 3 Nm
- Expansion tank
- With Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor - G32-
- Check with cooling system tester V.A.G 1274 and adapter V.A.G 1274/8 COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
- Lower coolant hose

- 5 Nm

- Removing and installing COOLANT FANS .
