Ribbed Drive Belt Assembly Overview

  1. Vibration damper
    • Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset
  2. 25 Nm
  3. Generator
  4. Bracket
    • For generator and A/C compressor
  5. Tensioner
    • To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using an open-end wrench
  6. 25 Nm
  7. Air conditioner compressor
  8. 25 Nm
  9. Fitting sleeves
  10. Ribbed belt
    • Mark direction of rotation before removing
    • Check for wear
    • Do not kink
    • Removing and installing RIBBED DRIVE BELT .
