Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm

Removing

-- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .

-- Loosen the securing plate above the vacuum diaphragm linkage.

-- Loosen the lock nut -2-.

-- Disconnect the linkage from the turbocharger -3-.

-- Remove the vacuum diaphragm -1- bolts -arrows- from the turbocharger.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-- Adjust the vacuum diaphragm. Refer to TURBOCHARGER VACUUM DIAPHRAGM, ADJUSTING .

-- Install the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .
