Intake Connection With Electrical EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Valve And Potentiometer

Removing

-- Remove the intake flap motor - V157-, refer to INTAKE FLAP MOTOR .

-- Remove noise insulation, refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Remove connecting pipe -6- from intake connection -4-. Do this by removing bolts -7-.

-- Release connector -3- from intake connection -4- and pull off.

-- Remove bolts -1- and remove intake connection -4-.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order. When doing this note the following:

-- Replace the seal -2- and the gasket -5-.

-- Tight the bolt -1- to 10 Nm and bolt -7- to 22 Nm.

-- Install the intake flap motor - V157-, refer to INTAKE FLAP MOTOR .
