Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N205-

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required 

• Torque Wrench V.A.G 1783
• Open End Spanner Insert AF 10 V.A.G 1783/1

Removing 

-- Remove the charge air pipe from the noise generator, if equipped. Refer to CHARGE AIR PIPE FROM NOISE GENERATOR .

-- Disconnect the connector -1- from the camshaft adjustment valve 1.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove camshaft adjustment valve 1.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following:

-- Lubricate the seal and O-ring with engine oil.

• Tightening specifications, refer to TIMING CHAIN COVERS OVERVIEW .
