Brake Pedal Assembly Overview
WARNING:
The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened via extra floor mats.
Grease all bearing areas using Grease G 000 602 before assembling.

- Nut, 25 Nm
- Self-locking
- Always replace after removal.
- Brake Light Switch -F-
- Includes Brake Pedal Switch -F47-.
- On vehicles from CW 50/05, brake light switch is located on brake master cylinder.
- Clip brake pedal at pressure rod of brake booster before installing brake light switch. Refer to SEPARATING AND CONNECTING BRAKE PEDAL AND BOOSTER .
- Lubricate plunger head with Polycarbamide grease G 052 142 A2.
- Adjust brake light switch. Refer to BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH, THROUGH 10.05.2005 .
