- Connector

- Expansion Tank
- Cooling system, checking for leaks. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
- Sealing Strip
- Only on the Passat.
- O-ring
- Replace if damaged.
- Lower Coolant Hose
- To the coolant thermostat housing.
- Nut
- 5 Nm
- Bolt
- 5 Nm
- Coolant Fan 2 -V177-
- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT FAN AND COOLANT FAN 2 .
- Coolant Fan -V7-
- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT FAN AND COOLANT FAN 2 .
- With the coolant fan control module.
- Connector
- Fan Shroud
- Radiator
- Removing and installing, refer to RADIATOR .
- After replacing, replace the entire amount of coolant.
- Upper Coolant Hose
- To the connecting piece on the cylinder head.
