Right Flange Shaft Needle Bearing

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Thrust Plate -VW 401-
• Thrust Plate -VW 402-
• Punch -VW 407-
• Thrust Disc -VW 412-
• Wheel Bearing Assembly Set -32253-
• Assembly Tool -T10047-

Removing 

-- Remove the right flange shaft. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, AWD .

-- Install the assembly tool -T10047- so that the marks "B" on both parts face each other.

• The depressions -arrows- must be under the bearing.

-- Bolt the parts together.

-- Remove the bearing lock ring -A-.

-- Turn the shaft -arrows- while removing. This way the bearing running surface on the shaft will not get damaged.

Installing 

-- Secure the bearing with a new lock ring.

-- Install the right flange shaft. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, AWD .
