Main Fuse Box

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Main fuse box is located at rear right of luggage compartment under tool kit and wagon jack formed insert.

WARNING:

Removing 

-- Remove Battery Interrupt Igniter -N253-. Refer to BATTERY INTERRUPT IGNITER -N253- .

-- Remove nuts -1-, -2- and -3- and remove wires from connector threads.

-- Pull harness connector -4- out of its secured position in main fuse box.

-- Pull the locking lever -2- outward in the direction of the arrow and disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove both nuts -arrows- and remove main fuse box -1- from vehicle.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Tighten all threaded connections to specified torque. Refer to TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS, MAIN FUSE BOX .
