Headlamp washer jet telescopic cylinder, removing and installing

Removing: 

• Remove washer jets with cover - 1  - up to stop out of bumper cover.
• Unclip cover - 1  - from retainers - arrows  - on telescoping cylinder.
• Remove front bumper cover → 63 BUMPERS .

• Pull off securing clip - 4  - from hose connection.
• Disconnect hose connection from telescoping cylinder - 2  -.
• Remove bolt - 1  -.
• Unclip telescoping cylinder - 2  - from bracket - 3  -.

Installing: 

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• The hose to telescoping cylinder must be clipped into hose bracket.
• Tighten all fasteners according to value in table → Wiper and Washer System, tightening torques .
• Bleed headlamp washer system after completing assembly work → Headlamp washer system, bleeding .
