Wiper assembly, installing
- Install wiper frame in reverse order of removal. While installing, ensure locating pin - 2 - locates securely into grommet - 1 -.
- Tighten all fasteners according to value in table → Wiper and Washer System, tightening torques .
- Reconnect electrical connection to wiper motor.
- Install plenum chamber cover and bulkhead trim in reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- When reinstalling plenum chamber cover, ensure mark on cover lines up with corresponding mark on windshield glass (where applicable)
- Reconnect battery → Battery, disconnecting and connecting .
- Reinstall wiper arms → Wiper arms, removing and installing .
