Ribbed Belt Overview

- Vibration Damper
- Only possible to install in one position - The bores are offset.
- Bolt
- 25 Nm
- Generator
- Removing and installing, refer to Removal and Installation .
- Accessory Bracket
- Removing and installing, refer to ACCESSORY BRACKET .
- Bolt
- 20 Nm + an additional 180° (1/2) turn.
- Always replace.
- Do not lubricate or grease the threads or collar.
- The additional turn can occur in several stages.
- Belt Tensioner
- To release tension on the belt, rotate using an open end wrench. Refer to RIBBED BELT .
- Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor
- Removing and installing, refer to Removal and Installation .
- Bolt
- 45 Nm
- Alignment Sleeve
- Ribbed Belt
- Mark the direction of rotation before removing.
- Check for wear.
- Do not kink.
- Removing and installing, refer to RIBBED BELT .
