Coolant Pipes Overview

Install only approved clamps for securing hose connections.

The arrows on the coolant pipes and ends of the coolant hoses must align when installing.

With a manual transmission, refer to COOLANT HOSE CONNECTION DIAGRAM .
With a Direct Shift Gearbox (DGS), refer to COOLANT HOSE CONNECTION DIAGRAM .

Front Coolant Pipes
- Removing and installing, refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPES .
Coolant Hose
- From the turbocharger.
Coolant Hose
- To the coolant expansion tank.
Bolt
- 5 Nm
O-ring
- Always replace.
Coolant Hose
- To the heater core.
Small Coolant Pipe
- Removing and installing, refer to SMALL COOLANT PIPE .

- 9 Nm

- 5 Nm

- From the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-.

- To the after-run coolant pump.
