Parts of EVAP canister system (vehicles with engine code BDF), removing and installing

1 - Ventilation line 

• white
• Check for secure fitting
• To disengage, squeeze together at front
• To pressure retaining valve. Refer to Fuel tank with attachments and fuel filter (vehicles with engine code AFP and BDF), removing and installing  , item 7

2 - Seal 

• replace if damaged

3 - Ventilation line 

• black
• Check for secure fitting
• to change-over valve. Refer to Fuel tank with attachments and fuel filter (vehicles with engine code AFP and BDF), removing and installing  , item 11

4 - Connection piece 

5 - Connector 

• black, 3-pin
• for Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-

6 - Vacuum line 

• to intake manifold. Refer to Overview plan of EVAP canister system (vehicles with engine code BDF)  , item 4
• Check for secure fitting

7 - Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-* 

• Under wheel housing liner in rear right wheel housing
• checking. Refer to Leak Detection Pump (LDP), checking 

8 - Connection hose 

• Pressure side
• Check for secure fitting

9 - 3 Nm 

10 - Air filter for diagnostic pump 

11 - Connection hose 

• Intake side
• Check for secure fitting

12 - Bracket 

13 - 10 Nm 

14 - EVAP canister 

• Under wheel housing liner in rear right wheel housing
