- Always replace

- Always replace
- Removal and install "Ploydrive" cylinder head bolt with 3452
- Sequence when loosening and tightening. Refer to Cylinder head, removing and installing , Cylinder head, removing and installing
8 - Union
- Coolant hose schematic diagram. Refer to Coolant hose connection diagram
9 - 10 Nm
10 - O-ring
- Always replace
11 - 20 Nm
12 - Lifting eye
13 - Cylinder head gasket
- Always replace
- After replacement replace complete amount of coolant in system
14 - 15 Nm
15 - 20 Nm
16 - Rear toothed belt guard
17 - Tooth belt
- Mark direction of rotation before removing
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Removing, installing and tensioning. Refer to Figure

- Check for distortion. See Figure .
- Reworking sealing surface. See Figure .
- Removing and installing. Refer to Cylinder head, removing and installing
- After replacement replace complete amount of coolant in system

- Before installing gasket, coat transition between bearing cap and cylinder head with D 454 300 A2.
